A Faribault Fitness Center for the Whole Family

Fit for Life is a Health and Fitness Club located in Faribault, MN. Our family oriented fitness center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You are free to use our facilites anytime you want with our convenient keycard access.

We offer a variety of group training programs as well as one on one Personal Training and Sports Performance Training, to help you attain your personal fitness goals.

Fit for Life provides the tools you need to help you take control of your life. Our Get Started Program will put you on the path to health, fitness and improved well-being with an individually tailored program just for you.

Lifesteps Weight Management Program is a 16-week class that involves 4 important components:

Nutrition
Physical Activity
Behavior Modification
Group Support

You will develop healthy eating and exercise habits that will help you lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life!

Group Fitness Classes

The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is offered exclusively at Fit for Life in Faribault. This program offers a free membership to qualified seniors and group fitness classes (see Calendar) to all seniors who are members of Fit for Life. We have frequent social events to provide our seniors the opportunity to get to know each other and, most of all, to have FUN!
