This total body work-out includes a variety of aerobic and strength exercises incorporating functional training, calisthenics, kickboxing, core strengthening, spinning, weight training and step. Includes intervals and circuits.

Combo: Step and Pump
A 45 minute combination of choreographed aerobics, kickboxing and step work-out that provides maximum fat burning and cardio training followed by 20 minutes of toning/core strengthening and 5 – 10 minutes of stretching.

Silver Sneakers I
Strength and range of movement benefits are the focus of this creative multi-level conditioning exercise class designed for the senior population. This choreographed class uses hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball.

Silver Sneakers II
Take your Silver Sneakers workout to the next level with Cardio Circuit! You’ll improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance through a standing workout that alternates upper body excercises with non-impact aerobic moves. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation.

Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch
This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Spinning
Cycle into high gear with this intense spinning class. This 60 minute ride which includes hills, bumps, speed training and endurance training will surely leave you sweating. The instructor will demonstrate intensity options.

Total Body Works
A Yoga/Pilates full body work-out that incorporates static movement through various ranges of motion to build strength, balance/coordination and tone your entire body. Plan on lots of core strengthening, *Stability ball included. * Non-cardio work-out.
