LifeSteps is a behaviorally-based weight management program that stresses the importance of diet, physical activity, and behavior modification techniques that are effective in promoting weight loss and maintenance. Group sessions run for 16 weeks 1 hour each week. In addition, individual sessions include an initial assessment, mid program assessment, and a final assessment.
LifeSteps often helps people answer this question, “I know how to eat healthy. But why am I having difficulty making those healthy choices?”
