Exciting News! Our 1st Fitness Challenge Event is Here!

Friday, Dec. 12, 2014 – Come test your personal best in our 1st Fitness Challenge Event!
Testing times will be between 8-10am & 3-6pm.

You will need to perform 6 exercises in succession for a total of 10 minutes. Once you complete all 6 exercises with the correct number of repetitions, that completes 1 round and you start again with the 1st exercise. Goal: complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 10 minutes.

6 Exercises In Order Are:
50 Jump Rope
20 Bodyweight Squats
10 Push-ups
20 Sit-Ups
10 Burpees
15 Box Jumps

Registration fee is $25. All participants will a performance Fit for Life t-shirt. Prizes will be awarded for 1st place individuals in these 6 age categories:
